Mrs. Long read this story to our students on Monday, written by our very own, Helen Dzwonek. This is a story about the special bond between her eldest son, Kyle, and his service dog, Little Bit. Thank you, Kyle, and to all of our veterans for your service to our country.

On Thursday, November 13, Swallow Union celebrated World Kindness Day in true SU style! Our Student Council led the charge by launching several schoolwide kindness projects - including Kindness Jars in each classroom for sharing kind thoughts, a Kindness Book that will rotate through classrooms for Morning Meeting read-alouds, and a beautiful Kindness Tree taking shape in the front hallway. These projects remind us that even small acts of kindness can grow into something amazing!
