We’re looking forward to welcoming our families to Open House this Thursday, September 24! Open House is a wonderful opportunity to visit classrooms, connect with our staff, and get a glimpse into the learning and experiences that make Swallow Union such a special place. Color, Community & FUN!

Another favorite Swallow Union tradition is right around the corner: the PTO Color Fun Run! This event is always an exciting way to launch the school year, bringing our community together for an evening of family, friends, laughter, and plenty of COLOR! Attendance is always incredibly high, and it has become a family-favorite event that our students look forward to each year.

To make an event this big a success, we need our community’s help! There are still many volunteer spots available, and every helping hand makes a difference. Whether you can give a little time or a lot, please consider volunteering and helping our PTO make this another memorable evening for our students and families. Dunk a Dad- they need some dad volunteers for their dunk tank at Color Run! It’s only 15 min in the tank.

Join us on October 8 at 7 pm at the Middle School PAC for an inspiring evening with Lisa Drennan (MERGE Inclusion Consulting) as we explore how every member of our community can help create spaces where all students feel included and supported. This evening is perfect for those in education, recreation, enrichment, first response, coaching, or community leadership. There will be a resource fair beginning at 6:30 with local community vendors before the session starts. Free and open to all, children welcome.
